I stand with those who embody a desire to make this world we share a better place. I stand with those who have the intestinal fortitude to look within, absent averted gaze.
I stand with those who admit their humanity - the ugly, beautiful, complicated all of it. I stand with those who offer what they can if and when required, and those who accept help even when it hurts. With those who ask why, and those not afraid to answer the question.
Or to question the answer.
I stand with those who admit they have more to learn, and those generous enough to teach what they know. With those who are willing to call it out, even when they are a lone voice in the dark. With those who admit their error, and mean it when they profess regret.
I stand with those who know life was not meant to be done alone. And those who let others in, while allowing themselves to be welcomed in. I stand with those who despite all evidence to the contrary, believe that sharing what community can be is worth something.
